My passion for massage was in my veins at an early age, when I was younger I was forever helping my brother with his sore back when he played competitive golf. I went on to complete my training at the NZ College of Massage in Auckland where I excelled in a diploma in Sports and Applied Therapies.

My first job was with the big strapping lads of the Auckland Warriors, then on to the mighty Waikato NPC and Chiefs teams. I now leave the big boys for my younger, stronger girls, and instead specialise in deep tissue/remedial massage for sports performance, dealing with conditions such as sciatica, and stress. I also specialise in pregnancy massage.

I have an amazing team of massage therapists that have a load of passion for what they are doing.

I am confident you will enjoy your experience with us.

Remember never think of massage as a luxury it's a necessity!

I have a huge passion for massage and helping people to feel more comfortable in their bodies. Although I am relatively new to full time massage, I have an intense interest in continually studying and learning. I constantly seek to understand more about the human body and mind and how they work together.

I love meeting people from all walks of life and it gives me immense pleasure if I can make someone’s day and body just that little bit better. I am one of the therapists that specialise in hot stone and body balance massage.

I strongly believe the benefits of massage are endless and it really does pay to take care of our body becuase we only get the one!

I've been massaging on and off for the last 13 years, I first started working with Jane in 2005. I studied my bachelor of sport and exercise science whilst under the guidance of Jane.

I have spent many hours with the Waikato Rugby boys, professional cyclists, golfers, triathletes and many other sporting disciplines. I have a huge passion for sport therapy and I was lucky enough to travel to Europe with the New Zealand rowing team in 2007.

After taking some time off after travel and embark on my own family, I am now back in the massage game ready and raring to go. I'm really looking forward to being back at Janes, with the wonderfully growing team she has supporting her.

I love the feeling of releasing the tension in tight and hard working bodies. I look forward to distressing you and unknotting your tired body. You deserve the best!

My name is Jolene and I have the benefit of having over 20 years of experience in the therapy industry. I have had the pleasure of working in a number of England's leading health resorts, enabling me to benefit in a number of different holistic treatments that range from Swedish, hot stone, body balance, relaxation to deep tissue massage and lymphatic facial and scalp massage.

This is my second time at Jane Harris. I worked here in 2007 while my husband was doing his degree. We then moved back to England to continue with massage and to have our family. In 2015 we are now settling back into New Zealand life.

I take pleasure in seeing my clients benefit through regular massage and this drives me to constantly improve. My aim is to relieve muscle tension, but I strongly believe massage brings so much more. It gives peace and wellbeing to you, a perfect way to download your stress to me. I will attentively listen, and care for your every need.

Originally from the warm and shiny south of Spain, I’ve recently been living in France and now I find myself in New Zealand. I'm a very active person, passionate about traveling, surfing, yoga and nature. I love to bring this positive energy into my work and at the same time my best smile to make people feel good while I work with them.

I believe that everyone is different so I like to be able to adapt my treatment to every single person. People come to me looking for a good deep tissue and firm pressure massage, but also looking for a relaxation or remedial treatment. I perform this range of theripies using energetic work, myofascial work and all my physiotherapist background. Additionally, I like to give people an explanation about what I think is happening to their bodys and if possible how they can help themselves with exercices, stretching and other techniques they can do at home.

Being a competitive sportsman in my younger years led me to discover the value of good therapeutic massage and a great appreciation for the skills of massage. In my late teens and early 20s I competed in kickboxing with great success.

But it was in my first career, as a car painter, that therapeutic massage really proved its worth. I began to develop curvature of the spine and persistent tightness in my back and hamstrings because of the constant bending involved in the work. Massage resolved the issues and they haven't recurred. I love that massage is so effective at treating the whole body as well as specific problem areas.

Since Jane and I married I've become increasingly fascinated by the results massage can achieve. Jane has encouraged me to learn and I am delighted that she has now included me in her talented team.

I look forward to meeting you.

Having lived with lower back pain for 10 years as a result of an old Netball injury, I finally found relief through deep trigger point massage of my hip flexor muscles, and so my journey into the field of massage therapy began.

I have recently graduated from WINTEC with my Certificate in Massage and was awarded the Centre for Sport Science and Human Performance Top Student Award for 2016. I have learned an extraordinary amount about the body, muscle and movement both through my study and my own personal experience.

I know first-hand the trials of living through the pain cycle and the effect it has on everyday wellbeing. The body has an amazing ability to repair itself and is greatly assisted through regular massage therapy.

I enjoy bringing clients relief from tight, tired muscles through a combination of relaxation and deep tissue sports massage techniques. I also enjoy swimming, cycling and a healthy lifestyle and believe that regular massage therapy has huge benefits for everyone living in our modern world.

I first learned therapeutic massage in Switzerland, 12 years ago. After this I moved back to France to continue my massage education and to practice my work at an Ayurvédic school and clinic. I spent 5 years here before moving on. Following this I worked at La ferme Divali,a famous and high quality retreat clinic in France where I gained a lot of experience.

I have traveled extensively in India where I have practiced yoga and learned more massage techniques. Following this I have explored Indonesia and Australia enjoying the surf and sea and more recently I made the move to New Zealand.

I am able to offer both relaxation and deep tissue massage services. I apply a holistic approach to my massage therapy and enjoy working closely with my clients to achieve the best results for their health and well-being. I believe that the mind and the body are linked and when we release tension from the body we release tension from the mind. I look forward to supporting you with a massage that suits your needs each time you visit.

Looking for a way to help my active friends and family, I undertook the Wintec Certificate of massage. Very quickly I realised that I had a natural intuition for interpreting and treating muscle dynamics, and the satisfaction that I received from doing so turned an interest into a full blown passion. Upon graduating, I worked as a mobile therapist and also took up a position as a contract therapist working with national and international athletes across various sporting codes.

I enjoy an active lifestyle, including running, bootcamps and crossfit, and have competed in many amateur events. I know first hand the toll that work, family and training can have on the body, especially as we age, and I am committed to helping my clients to keep doing more of what they love to do for as long as possible.

I believe massage is a holistic therapy, and the benefits are physical, emotional and spiritual. My specialties are sports, deep tissue and relaxation, and I am committed to further development and upskilling. I look forward to meeting and treating you.

I am a Registered Naturopath and Yoga Teacher, practising in Te Mata and Raglan. I have enjoyed working as a massage therapist since 2006. Massage therapy continued to be a valuable part of my naturopathic practice since opening my Raglan based clinic in 2009.

Being very passionate about health and wellbeing I truly enjoy working in my profession. I am looking forward to being part of the team at Jane’s clinic.

The massage techniques I employ are recognized to release toxins, increase circulation and alleviate injury related pain as well as stress related complaints. Deep flowing massage strokes help you to fully relax, reconnect and balance, leaving you with a sense of lightness and rejuvenation. It is a great way of balancing body and mind.

I am looking forward to meeting and treating you!

From a young age I have always enjoyed giving my time, energy and attention to helping others and contributing to the betterment of their welfare. Originally from the UK, I bring with me 10 years of experience from working in several elite spas and a flair for a range of massages, from relaxing, hot stones, pregnancy and deep tissue.

I enjoy working one to one with my clients, assessing their specific requirements and following through with great results. My friendly and approachable nature make it easy for clients to feel relaxed when in treatments and my attention to details ensure they leave feeling that much better within mind and body.

I look forward to growing and adapting my skill set whilst here in my new venture at Jane Harris.

If you are looking for therapists who specialise in hot stone or body balance massage we recomend that you consider Jessie, Jolene, or Jasmine.
